Products ordered on this Website are generated through Printful, Inc. as soon as the customer places an order. Products are shipped from Printful, Inc. from various order fulfillment locations through the United States.
At this time, merchandise can be shipped to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
Sales Tax
Rec Life LLC charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
Return Policy
Products ordered on this Website are generated through Printful, Inc. as soon as the customer places an order. Products are shipped from Printful, Inc. directly and any returns for defective products will be processed by Printful, Inc.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on the part of Printful, Inc. will be covered at their expense.
Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse. Printful, Inc. does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
